Can't find your reference?
It's in the order confirmation email, under the order number, and on the order page that email links to. If you have an account, your orders show every order with its status. Or email sales@solarsuperstore.com.au with your order number and we'll tell you where it is.
What the tracking page shows
Where your order is up to, the estimated delivery date, the carrier and consignment number once it's dispatched, what's in it and the delivery suburb. It never shows your name, address, email or what you paid, so you can share the reference with whoever is receiving the delivery.
Pallet freight
Most panels, batteries and inverters travel as pallet freight, tracked by consignment number. It's scanned less often than a parcel, so a quiet day or two in transit is normal. Transit times by distance are on the shipping and delivery page.
